Required documents:- Application forms
- Documents proving Entry for Business Purposes (Business Plan, etc..)
- Invitation letter provided by the hosting institute.
- Other material required by the embassy...
Basically, a Tourist Visa ("L" visa) is fine for the meeting, and you can also apply for a Business Visa ("F" visa). In general "L" visa is easier and does not need an invitation letter. For "F" visa, a "Letter of Invitation by Duly Authorized Units" issued by our university is required, and we need a copy of your passport's front page for the letter (plus a short CV). Please let us know in case you would like to apply for "F" visa.
