The registration fee varies depending on the events you participate. The base is 1000RMB for non-student members and 600RMB for student members. 200RMB/person for those who will join the collaboration meeting dinner (banquet) will be added to the registration fee. Extra cost of 50RMB/person for tour (Pearl River Night Cruise) participants will be added to the registration fee.The total amount of registration fee is the sum of base, dinner(banquet) and tour costs.

The registration fee covers lunches, coffee breaks and etc. Lunch Buffet is served in Zijing Yuan Hotel Restaurant. Payments in Chinese currency RMB need to be made at the registration desk. The registration desk is located at the Xianweijian Hall (the meeting place). Registration will open from 2:00 pm till 12:00 pm on Jan 7, and continue operation during meeting time. After you check in at hotels, please walk a few minutes to the Xianweijian Hall (the meeting place) to finish registration and get badges and coupons. It would be helpful to avoid crowded queuing at registration in the moring on 8 Jan. There will be 2~3 students at each hotel to give you directions to the registration place.
